Information from Third-Party Social Media Services

The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services: Google, Twitter / X, LinkedIn.

If You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Personal data that is already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities or Your contact list associated with that account.

Google Data

To provide our Service, we synchronize with your Gmail account. This integration grants us access to your name, profile picture, and the contents of your Gmail inbox, including email details ("Google Data"). Despite any other provisions in this Privacy Policy, our use of Google Data is strictly limited to service provision. Specifically, we:

1. Utilize Google Data exclusively for delivering the Service.
2. Transfer Google Data to third parties only when it's essential for service enhancement, required by law, or during business transitions like mergers or acquisitions, where we'll notify users.
3. Do not use Google Data for advertisement purposes.
4. Restrict human access to Google Data unless: (a) We receive your explicit consent. (b) It's necessary for security reasons or to adhere to legal requirements. (c) Usage is confined to internal operations, and the data is both aggregated and anonymized.

Google Contacts: Additionally, we sync your Google Contacts, accessing names, profile pictures, and email addresses of your contacts ("Google Contacts"). This enables us to display contact avatars in the application, provide autocomplete suggestions, create contact lists and profile pages, as well as derive metrics and insights important for features within the Service.

Google Calendar: We will also sync your Google Calendar and will have access to your calendars, and event information (titles, attendees, locations, etc.). This allows us to display calendar events in the product as well as derive metrics and insights important for features within the Service.

Disclosure: Micro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
