Move Your CRM to Micro

Move people, companies, deals, properties, and lists into Micro through an agent migration, CSV import, or a hands-on move with our team.

Brett Goldstein

Moving CRMs has always been bad enough that most people wait until the current one becomes unbearable.

You export a pile of CSVs, rebuild every property, clean up duplicates, reconnect people to companies, and eventually discover that one important column never made it over.

Micro now has a few ways to do that work for you.

Attio and HubSpot

You can now migrate from Attio or HubSpot without rebuilding everything by hand. Go to Settings → Import & Migrate, connect your old CRM, and Micro shows you the lists available to bring over.

That's the only question.

The migration runs in chat. Micro maps source fields onto the properties you already have, creates missing properties when needed, and brings over the people, companies, and deals required to keep the selected lists intact.

An agent, not a CSV wizard

Most importers still make you manage the migration. They show you two columns of dropdowns and ask you to know whether Company ID belongs in Organization, Associated Company, or the custom field someone created three years ago.

Micro handles the mapping and shows its progress in the thread. It keeps related records connected, carries over list membership, and maps stages when it can do so safely.

Every source column is accounted for. If something cannot move cleanly, Micro tells you what it left out instead of silently dropping it.

Any CRM with a CSV

If your CRM can export a CSV, Micro can import it. People, companies, and deals each have their own import flow with column mapping and support for custom properties.

Select and multiselect values come over as options instead of failing because Micro has not seen them before. Deal imports can also reconnect contacts by email and companies by domain.

Connect your Google account and Micro syncs your email history, contacts, and calendar too. The CRM records arrive with the context that normally stays scattered across the rest of your stack.

Safe to resume and rerun

Large migrations can take a while. If one reaches the end of a chat session, Micro resumes from the saved migration in the same thread instead of pulling everything again.

Rerunning a migration updates the same source records rather than creating another copy. When it finishes, Micro checks the imported records against the source and reports what was created, updated, already there, or failed.

We can help with the move

Attio and HubSpot are the first self-serve migrations. Connect either one, choose a list, and let the agent run. If you're moving from Salesforce, Pipedrive, or another CRM, choose Other CRM on the same page and contact us.
